If someone is flaming (i.e., annoying, disrupting, insulting, cursing, etc.) others in the chat room, you can click the flamers' name and then click on the "Ignore User" option. Anything the flamer says will no longer show up in the chat window. Do not reply to the flamer at all cost. Just ignore him using the "Ignore User" option and soon he will get tired because no one is paying attention to him. Attention is what feeds his need to flame.
